If a product doesn't meet your expectations or arrives damaged, our dedicated team is here to assist with a seamless exchange or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.
- 3.Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
